The primary goal of the Status Update program is to orient PADI Divemasters or PADI Instructors to changes in PADI standards.
This allows you to return to Teaching status after a lapse in your PADI Membership. We will need to cover standard changes and new released materials during the time you were not renewed.

Duration: 2 day-program, but it may require more or less time, based on the period you have not been renewed.

The Status Update program consists of the following required presentations:

Standards Revision Review
New Materials Orientation
General Standards & Procedures (IDC)
Legal Responsibility & Risk Management (IDC)
Business Principles for the Diving Professional (IDC)
The PADI Continuing Education Philosophy (IDC)

Materials: PADI Instructor Manual and new released PADI material
